We had a pot luck at work today. I made these chocolate souffle cupcakes. Instead of the espresso powder I use one serving of instant coffee and instead of the mint cream I use cream cheese icing.
I crawled out from under a rock long enough to make Mountain Dew cupcakes.

OK, this might not be the most exciting thing to include in a food blog, but I decided to have a Breakfast at Tiffany’s moment and have a snack at the band shell in Central Park. I didn’t have Cracker Jacks, so I opted to nom on some almonds.
